The 5-Minute Monk Ritual is a digital product. Your files are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be returned.
All sales are final
Because you receive instant and full access to the content, we do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered. By completing your purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once the download is made available, where such a right would otherwise apply.
When we will always help
Write to us and we will fix it — by resending the files, or refunding you — if:
- you were charged twice for the same order;
- the files are damaged or you cannot open them and we are unable to solve it;
- you did not receive your download.
How to reach us
Email us with your order email and receipt number. We answer within 2 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be waived.
